
Using the jump board attachment on the reformer, you’ll “jump” in various positions creating a challenging low-impact workout that raises the heart rate while still protecting the joints.
Expect a strong focus on core control, powerful leg work, coordination and endurance, with flowing sequences designed to challenge the whole body. It’s fun, uplifting and surprisingly demanding, the perfect way to build strength, stamina and confidence on the reformer (and an extra challenge for those who want it, but still with variations that you can take to work to your own level).
Alongside these, we’ll also be introducing Intro to Pilates sessions. For anyone completely new to reformer or wanting to refine the fundamentals in a calm, supportive environment.
As always, classes are small to ensure plenty of guidance and individual attention.
Spaces are limited so early booking is recommended. Classes will be starting Saturday 21st and will run twice a month. Jump board 8.30-9.30am and 9.30-10.30am
